That is complete nonsense - it doesn't take 8 to 12 weeks to file a pinky 10-Q or 10-K - that is absurd.

First the financials aren't Sarbanes-Oxley compliant.

You do understand that ARYC supplies the auditor with the financials and the auditor assumes they are accurate.

The auditor makes certain the Balance Sheet balances. No big deal!
