Recently formed "Emerging Energies Inc. Llc. and another LLc I forget the new name. Any folks remember WHE inc. and a few others. Point being a pattern of robbing the assets....and sell shares. frugester has moaned about how hard it is to answer to the SEC and investors, and fin. fil. blah blah. SSDD.
