I would think so but ask yourself this... If Arrayit is posting tweets about their customers, inviting shareholders to their place of business, and is posting PRs, don't you think the SEC would have caught on by now if something fishy was going on? Wouldn't ANY if their customers come out and tweeted that their sales claims were not true? Wouldn't SEC agents showed up to Arrayit's HQ to inspect their "scam" business? Would the FDA have not purchased a product from them and reported them to the SEC instead??
