The Company has no definite time for the actual delivery of the dividend since this Board Decision will probably require corporate action approval by regulators, and as such no assurances can be given that this approval will be obtained at all. However, the Company is confident in that it will receive this approval and it is the Company’s intention to get all necessary approvals to be able to complete this issue by March 31st, 2019.
