Because that's the way suspensions of crap tickers works..the SEC temporarily suspended FFGO on Oct 27, 2011---at which point trading was halted...

the suspension, by rule, lasts 10 days---at which point the DTCC "reinstates" the ticker, which happened on Nov 10th:

subsequently, the registration was revoked on Dec 7, 2011:

never to be heard from again---except thru ludicrous posts on "FKA" boards from people who refuse to admit they were scammed via an insider share-selling enrichment scheme:
