FFGO- There had to be a private transaction as these were Assets and they just don’t go to someone else without an agreement of some sort.

Especially when the SEC Filings states Conditions that had to be met to complete the sale to NMGL.

Prior to NMGL hijacking some kind of arrangement was made IMO and the Claims came back to FFGO and SEARCHLIGHT (Bauman). They were revoked already and were DARK/DORMANT. Anything could have transpired during this time to current date.
