THERE SHOULD BE NO COMPENSATION for a CEO of a company that does NOT have revenue. If Emil was an honest and trustworthy CEO, he would not be taking a salary from us shareholders for doing essentially nothing. There is no company to run or manage, only the litigations which is being done by the attorney's. They are the only ones entitled to compensation for services rendered. Emil is STEALING our money right in front of our eyes. Emil needs to do the right thing and stop taking compensation from a company that has zero revenue and zero profit. He can collect if/when a deal is reached or vplm is bought.
