Very interesting. Mohammed A. Al Sarhan Director (Chairman) of Al Safi Danone Company holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science (strange so does our CEO. must be a requirement to run a food company). Here is where it gets good he also has lots of companies including Al Safi Holding Co. Could he be the one giving Rbiz the contracts and $$$ to fund the transfer of the shell to take one of his companies public?

Could this be the smoking gun?

Going even deeper into his connections there is link to big oil...

This could get interesting imo.
