holy crap RNM ….so now you are saying that there will be a 10 -1 RS?....boy ohh boy!...that's why the stock can't find any traction... BUT wait a minute there is NO Action in APTP...Barely any volume ...really NONE to speak of. What evidence does APTP have (or anyone for that matter) that Budlife works???....don't ya think that APTP would be trading like a maniac by now? .....if Budlife worked great?...come on...man!

So do you really think that SGMD could R/S the O/S now???...of coarse not!!...they would to have to call an Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting in order to vote for a R/S of the O/S. Now they just got the O/S raise in Oct 2018...do you really think that the SEc would allow them to R/S SGMD's O/s now? ...really?...this is not like the old days when you could R/S or F/S virtually at your whim.....so I don't think so...

How do you think Bizright is going to feel about their shares going from 450 mil to 45 mil. ??? I think they might want to get out of their deal?...why ?...Ok.. if the stock could get up to .30 like you and others have been trying to sell us previously then.... @.30 x 450mil = $135 mil. GOOD for Bizright ….NOW if a R/S of 10=1 =45 mil x 1.00 = 45 mil. Hmmm I wonder how Sky or Biz feels about this...

So whoever, is selling this to you good luck...i'm not see this scenario anytime soon!
