a reverse split would not have hurt the shareholder's value (as it usually does) the reason for having it would be to get the price to nasdaq levels.

other than than that, a reverse split is not good for this stock, simply because it tightens further an already too-tight float.

it's obvious that 80-90 percent of the 'float' (not the restrictive o/s) is held in super tight hands.
