Tom Nelson is their PR/IR guy, and he just "parrots" whatever the Company tells him [for a fee]. About 2months ago he mentioned audited fins almost complete. . . and here we are, Q4 done and into a new year, and nothing.
Tom hasn't even mentioned MMEG in his daily assortment of loser tickers on his sampler's plate in quite awhile.

My guess (and IMHO), people on the other boards were posting & hoping to entice some action, so they can sell (for a big loss no doubt) to off-set profits made somewhere else for tax write-off purposes.
