Drmyke........I dont think you understood his questions which are very valid ones at that.

Yes QR codes are used extensively throughout Japan, but that is not NEOMs technology. Their Qode can not even read a QR code yet either, and by the time it can everyone and their brother will have applications out that can read that code.

The issue is, will QR codes become the standard here in the US like they have in Japan. With much of our trade coming into the country from Asia, you can bet we will be seeing a lot of QR codes on incoming products in the future. That might lead the Googles and MSFTs to adopt QR codes as well to be consistent. If that becomes a reality NEOM will be a small time player in that market.

Remember again NEOMs patents do not include codes that have the URL directly embedded in them. NEOMs patents require the code be sent to a resolution servor to be converted into a URL.

And how many advertisers do you expect already have registered keywords with the likes of Google and MSFT and all the other search engines? I bet a whole bunch. So the keyword search is already in place, and with the addition of QR codes to put on products, they wont need NEOMs IP to bring the user directly to content. The user will be able to take a pic of a QR code(not neoms IP) to go directly to a product, or they can type in an al;ready registered search keyword to go directly to a product through the major search engines servors.

And if you read the transcript from last nights TV interview, again the company says its a couple years away in the US. By then I think you will see QR codes as the standard, mainly due to our overseas trading, and the fact that QR codes are so big in these overseas countries already.
