The PR of Aug 15, 2017 mentions "Cyclone welcomes Altris Thermal of Utah as a solar/thermal OEM."
The first hit from Google for Altris Thermal is the Utah Division of Corporations page that says their corporate status is expired as of July 26, 2018.
Altris Power's corporate address turns out to be a small business incubator non-profit in Salt Lake City that currently does not list them as a member.
There's no evidence they have done anything other than set up a website and file some corporate papers.
Yeah, no point in telling the world their big investor was subletting from a non-profit operating out of an old church.
That PR title, by the way, was "Cyclone Power Technologies Signs Binding LOI with Investor Group to Purchase Equity Stake in Company with First Priorities Being Engine Production and Entering Microgrid Market". Gotta love those Binding LOIs.
Also in February they claimed to have settled all judgements and "Cyclone is introducing a Pioneer program for the first Microgrid systems and generators. Please watch for the details and updates." Wonder how that's going?
Then in July their new turn-around expert said "The product patents and the enhancements to existing patents are in the process of filing, and this will provide what we believe to be potentially strong competitive business advantages for our four engines that are slated for launch in late 2018." Yep, the four were the Marks 1, 3, 5 and 10.
Also in July we heard the Performance Division was sold to GoGreen Energy of California, the "industry leader in mobile power solutions and light towers" and that
When do you suppose "the very near future" will ever get here?
And also in July, the $11 million contract was signed. That promised the Mark 10 engines before the end of the year and the running solar system installed by the end of Q1.
So 2018 was just the same as every other year of Cyclone's existence. They took money from investors with false claims of working technology, made big announcements of what they were going to do by the end of the year, and utterly failed because Harry Schoell is wasting all his time and all the investors' money trying to prove to the world that his "in-genius" inventions are not total losers.
And Frankie Fruge continues to defraud investors by not reporting the material facts to the SEC as she is legally required to do.
I wonder when they will make the first claim that engines will go into production in six months? We must be due by now.
