AS increase does not immediately effect the stock price or trading float.

These shares can be used to divide up the company for mergers and acquisitions. The shares are used as security towards each entity being merged


CEO has to identify this. And clarify the reasoning. If AS increase is for the purpose of a merger and the OS remains the same this is a BULLISH sign imo.
