Not so sure about that. There are other cards on the table. There could be a licensing deal, a buyout by someone other than Merck, and what Alpha Holdings could have in mind.

There are unknowns, too. Alpha picking up such a large chunk of OncoSec was an unknown; no one saw it coming. Another unknown is the 900-pound gorilla in the room.
