454 reactors up and running, 54 reactors under construction.
The message is not to pinpoint too much on the absolute number of newly constructed reactors (54) but focus more on the capacity increase that these are representing (#GW). On average, a new generation reactor has double to tripple the capacity as an old generation reactor.
In other words, on average the new constructions will require significantly more uranium to start up with & run.
