GCM, your comment about a 3-5 man sales team is right on the money. Reminds me of a sales challenge presented to me years ago: a developer friend asked me to lease up a 40 unit office building, preferably in 90 days. I hired a sales team of 4 including me with the goal of making 125 phone calls per day, simply getting leads right out of the phone book. We leased all 40 units in less than 30 days! Then we moved from Charlotte NC to Atlanta and did the same thing! If Bill & Cliff did something similar, in 90 days the entire state of CA would know LVVV like the back of their hand! BR
