Ad-1: Well, the holiday season is over. whatever your information source, they must have been playing you or just plain wrong. Whatever the case, the deal announced 364 days ago seems not even to have been closed. So, I guess if there is good news it would be that there is no dilution secondary to the deal, which would have been happening right about now if it had closed. Maybe someone will pick up this shell at some point, as long as it stays viable and doesn't fall into the deep sleep of the greys.
