Folks are busy. Hope they take a look today as I believe Wed opening will be a pop now that we have more re: settlement talk and therefore valuations being studied for negociating purposes. Hope tom takes negotiations to the limit if not to trial. Preference trial. GO for IT. is it correct that we can settle with Bungie and take the rest to trial?
