Maraviroc because of the side effects can’t be use in many patients ,
Can produce liver injury so patients with Hepatitis B and C are excluded , also patients with any other liver problems and we know that HAART and chemotherapy can also affect liver ..

Can produce heart problems including heart attacks so any patient with heart problems is excluded ,
We know that HAART and chemotherapy can also produce heart problems .

Can’t be used with many other medication , so there is limitation here .

Because of all that and more , having Leronlimab I really don’t see big future for Maraviroc .
But all the studies BP doing will help Leronlimab to find new diseases to take care ...

IMO as always .
