distributors are almost exclusively in charge of collection and remittance of the cultivation and excise taxes to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (“CDTFA”).

So even if it’s in addition too, everything they handle, whether their own or another, they will put everything thru 7X Pure testing and labeling, including the track and trace. Maybe not? But it makes sense to me as it’s their responsibility as a distributor to keep track of this it seems imo.
