This is from a Twitter post of a very successful trader I follow...when I read it reminded me to of a CEO we all know.

When I visit microcap cos one of the little things I look for is the car the CEO is driving. When sh!t hits the fan [and it always does], instead of working harder, employees will let the CEO with the Mercedes S Class deal with it. Looking rich at the wrong time can hurt you.
