I have permission to post this info about revoked tickers. I'm honestly not completely clear on how this works, but this should give you some straight info from an expert on this subject.
Veal and the other dumbmingos cant just start trading as h-j-oe again. They and their promoters want you to think that. That's not how it works.

"Hangover Joes can still be a company but they no longer have a ticker, HJOE. If they file a FORM 10 to reregister and provided FINRA hasn't given the ticker to another company then and only then can they claim to have a ticker.

Brokerage accounts do not and cannot refer to Hangover Joes by HJOE because HJOE no longer exists as a ticker."

You own worthless shares in a private company. The odds that h-j-oe personnel would reregister the same ticker AND not reissue new h-j-oe shares while deeming your original h-j-or shares null and void is a million to one. They have no initiative to keep original shareholders, matter of fact it's in their best interests to wipe all original shareholders off the face of the earth. It looks like only veal and the company could buy your shares and that's not going to happen. Not even on gray market. Almost 100% of the scams do this.

These clowns do not have shareholders interests at heart whatsoever.

Updates by non corporate officers are meaningless.
