This is a management group that has little to no idea what they are doing. Which leads me to believe this "move" will decimate whoever is left here, for their benefit.

I predicted the RS months ago.....

Between the failed S1 filing, and the plan associated with that...IMO that would have diluted the F out of everyone!!! Its a desperation attempt designed to make SBFM and/or GHS money, at unknowing shareholders expense. It's not a sustainable option, just short term pump.

As for the RS, the verbiage is there. If they actually do it, its not going to magically allow them to secure funding. Still the same dead shell. No workers, lab, legitimate address. No cancer drug, no sales, just more money to pay their salaries. Oh and wait until the RS. Guaranteed they gift themselves millions of shares at the new value. SCAM!!

They may refile the S1, dilute the absolute piss out of anyone left...this drifts back into trips, zero progress. Oh and of course many many more pump PRs so GHS can sell into it.

Then.....BANKRUPTCY. start the SCAM over with NOX pharma, and scam starts all over.
