The transaction closed on October 22, 2018. The Court has already approved an interim distribution and the company cashflow statement shows the $4.3 million was paid therefore the assets are no longer owned by BioAmber Inc.



But getting back to this buyback nonsense that I was referring to...there is the additional problem that the company is now delinquent in its filings over six months.

There can’t be a buyback for that reason also.
