Happy New Year. I feel pretty confident that if WNBD survives another year the shares price won't end 2019 lower than it ended 2018. If fact, if the company does an RS it might actually close the year higher if they don't do the RS too early in the new year.
At this point it doesn't seem the CEO kept good on his word to have a deal with Supreme Sweets in 2018 nor does it look like he kept good on his word to have financials up to date in Q4.
