The unexplained departure of the long time colleague COO is concerning.

Add to that continued missed deadlines without comment, actors who appear to have moved on to other things in their lives, and convertible debt that always threatens to dilute our ownership meaningfully. It is entirely possible too that after seeing the final cut nobody is interested in backing the distribution of this film.

These things all cry out for the need for an extensive update.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
