What did you discover from the Q.....typically those are disputes over the number of shares owed as the result of (toxic) financing or some past associate feels he is owed something for services rendered ("birds of a feather flock together"). LOL
If you check further Friedman is real creative in the way he pays himself. He puts out PR's through investor relations firms he controls and pays himself with AGTK shares. Just one example.
