not exactly 140.6 ..technically the value of the company doesnt change..but the perception of the value of the company can and will change..and when the company is a penny stock with little revenue and no profits, thats pretty much all you have..perception..
also, the value of the stock will change as well...reason being is that a r/s is almost always seen as a desperation move..the kiss of death..it says the company cant grow itself with revenues so it uses smoke and mirrors....as the stock falls, so falls the value of the company..like it or not

of course if the company has substantial revenues and has f/s in the past then a r/s may not do it much harm..in fact a r/s could help it as long as the reasons for and objectives are clearly stated and reasonable....
jmo..but im never wrong
