As another deadline passes, we have zero financials or PR's. Is anyone shocked? For anyone who still has faith in Cardinal what is management's excuse this time? At what point do we consider them a joke and/or liars? Maybe after the 24th missed deadline? 25th? 26th? At this point, there is no way you can honestly defend their lies and missed deadline after missed deadline after missed deadline. Honest and truthful people/companies do not do this.
