I am baffled as well Steve but the TSX is the only exchange that SEV is listed on so one fund dumping can control the price for an extended period of time. No excuse why they are not listed on an American exchange but they are limited in funds and that is going to pay management. 2018 has been dreadful and hopefully 2019 is better. I will probably exit by mid-year if things do not improve.
