Not sure why the delay.

It seemed like almost a sure thing based on Public communication.


It must be a timing thing.


The market has gone cold for a few months... CBD/THC space as well.



Still think there is something in the cards but just waiting patiently.


Claimed some Capital Losses for 2018.


Will pick up more on Wednesday at these levels to start up the position again.
