My guess as to volume and price is someone is taking their capital losses and using CTTC to offset their cap gains from earlier in the year. Not such a stupid idea unless you still believe in Santa, the Tooth Fairy, and a few other nursery fables.

That price is quite impressive if one recalls the price when Mir first came on Board and bragged about his ability to raise the share price. Not much boasting any more.
