I'm having trouble with the "substantial news" part......news for who? ...$PLFM?...an empty shell which is listed as "dark" ? A shell with a history of scams & crooked people in the background. A shell which has a claimed merger yet no documents, no FINRA filings and no registration to back it up....are we talking about news for that shell?..... If news is released while $PLFM is still "dark", the only thing that will happen is it will be slapped with a C.E. status and stopped trading.
