I've a brother who may be on to something. He's aiming to become a craft (micro) producer.
He's completely disenchanted with what he calls "factory weed".
He once produced and sold 29 pounds of high-grade to a New York buyer who commented that that his was the best he'd ever seen. The police chief who later busted him also commented that his was the best operation he'd ever seen (and he had seen hundreds of operations)....

Surprisingly my bro is the first to apply for a craft-growers licence in B.C.....I said "Wait a minute, aren't there a ton of craft growers supplying weed to large LP's ?"

He said "Nope, the ones supplying weed to the large LP's are LP's themselves" and then he pulled up the Health Canada website where they were seeking hundreds of craft (or "Micro" growers) to sell weed to the government.

This here is "sort of" what he was explaining : https://www.cannabiscomplianceinc.com/licensing/cultivation/micro-cultivation/

https://www.canada.ca/en/services/health/campaigns/cannabis/proposed-requirements-cultivation-processing-federal-sale-licences.html

I dunno : All I know is that he was claiming that he can produce weed that's mega-times better than what Canada's large LP's are producing (and that I can almost quite actually believe - despite the scientific and financial resources which the large LP's have).

Says that his buds used to be as large as the calf muscle on yer leg -
Compare that with the small tiny "factory" buds which the big LP's are producing....

This probably all sounds much like awesomesound though huh ?

And yet.....There's definitely been something wrong with the sectors' stock charts . . . . . and it MAY BE because there's plenty of competition lining up.

I know that in the state of New York they're not keen on large-sized weed producers :

There, aren't they aiming to invigorate their economy by excluding large producers....?

I dunno - These're just some thoughts (and I probably sound like a mad man)
