I’m def interested in the APHA drama as it affects/relates to ACB.

You might be right, but I’m not convinced of that enough to bet on it yet. Still red flags here, and this tender offer adds a few more imo. But hopefully those red flags start waving green very soon. Rooting for APHA, tide of good news raises all boats.
