It was stupid for the company to spend money on audited financials at that time. I like to see another year of growth in 2019 before spending money on audited and uplist.

The pink sheet stocks are designed to relief companies from audited financials so they can focus first on business success. Then, you worry about audited and uplisting. Many pink sheet companies got obsessed with audited financials with no viable business to find out it hurts them more than it helped. Recent example I can give is AMFE. On the opposite side, if the business grows significantly and you don't do audited financials to uplist, it will hurt stock growth. A recent example I can give in that regard is MJNA.

Audited financials has to be done as a part of a complete business plan to uplist the company so you can access more investors. However, before you do it, you have to have a robust viable growing business and profitability. You don't just do it for fun.

$ONCI is in its best top shape entering 2019. Significant house cleaning was done in 2018. Most notably LAM and DE.
