Already trading like a low float supporting the buyback speculation.. on friday 9:37am to 9:39 - 17 trades - 2 being sell - for a total volume of about 300,000 brought the pps from 16 to 19.. that’s not the typical behaviour of a bloated o/s...

Do you think he’s going to dump those shares for what… A few million $$? A broken company that’s going nowhere sure why not but that doesn’t seem to be the case here.. he probably wants to capitalize at a much higher level Without destroying his newly publicly held company.. The problem with a direct IPO aside from the high cost and other factors, is that often enough the public interest and volume is simply is not there, Therefore although the value is there PPS drops, resulting in what many people call “damaged goods” After spending on average 4 million and waiting 12-18months to finally start trading The public interest is already lost..

Humm lets see.. let’s say he paid 500k For the shell along with those 360m shares... then bought back 500mil shares on the open market at an average of .002, That’s a total of 1.5 million but wait! He’s has spent nowhere close To an average nasdaq ipo, he’s already trading and has huge public interest while owning %70!! Seems like a pretty good deal to me.

When I go to the casino I play roulette… Those odds are 50/50 for %100 gain or %100 loss

Most I can lose here is 100%
But there is no real limit to how much I can gain.. risk management is the only way to make money

With all the amazing DD here i’d say I’m sitting at much better odds than 50/50
