NOUV is a spin off company and was expected to reverse split before PURA shareholders get their spin off shares. This was to give more value to PURA shareholders. NOUV had a run when swing and momentum traders flooded the ticker and shot the PPS up.

NOUV's biggest problem is they still haven't got current. That is NOUV's fault and not PURA's. NOUV can't reverse split until they're current. Blaming PURA for NOUV's situation is like blaming a spoon for making someone fat.
