True, it was through desperation and not a choice at all. It is toxic financing no matter how much others try to say it isn't. The blitheness with which is said the company will easily buy back the bloated stock count from its future "revenues" (try Welch's recent $930K PO revenue and see how far that goes!) is kind of sad.

GHS funding was the ONLY option RMHB had at the time as well as the only option currently.
