Second, it was my guess that in the meantime all those "friends" that wanted in are in, just take a look at the pps, it is at the same level, not going down. It means none of the "big players" is cashing out. If Petar had no intention of submitting the AF, the pps will be tanking by now. That is why I believe we will see them.
The confirmation for me,as was suggested, will be the pps going slowly up as we approach the deadline.
All is just my humble opinion.
