Ok That called in some circles as toxic financing. I may be wrong but I recall millions of shares where used to settle a loan From a toxic lender in Fll. And as always ended in a lawsuit. All those shares to settle, will and have been coming in at any price. A restart ok. And Welch and Seebeger should cut their salaries they don’t need any more stock. I’m sure they have a boat full. Mexico is not yet shown us the people will buy the product. If not, there will be no more POs..isn’t that true ?
