YES you are right sir .. Foreign companies are required to summit 6-K's and Form 20 if they are to be trade on US exchange markets. being that this company first stated it was acquired by a $NHPI .later Woodbrook became the purchaser of a US shell company $NHPI.. I so Confused .. $WDBG
