This very carefully explains that Lampert and partners which are listed are the only ones whose shares are protected. Common stock holders purposely are not mentioned in Lamperts plan to open his new company under "NEWCO". Again the only ones protected are Lampert and the partners listed here. People saying otherwise are purposely misleading people.
