There is data coming with Merck prostate trial in next six months. I will vote AGAINST on Proxy. I want to see data because of course there is no trust for this BOD. Unfortunately the risk with heavy Retail-owned stocks is shareholders simply do not vote and then Broker Non-Votes side with BOD recommendations and the measures pass. Back in the day DOC played BNV to get his first Proxy passed.

I definitely got greedy although I managed some risks (never invested retirement accounts, etc.). This experience (roller coaster of ADXS valuation) is a great opportunity to work with the mind.
