Next Court Appearance: "Con't Post Status Conference 2/14/19 at 2;00 pm"

That would be Thursday, at 2pm (Feb. 14th) so maybe we'll see an 8-K or press release the following week.

Filings will need to be updated, all 3 qtrs of 2018 are delinquent.

Annual report is due 6 weeks after the court date. (since Mar 30th is a Sunday they will have until April 1st)

Once they are current in filings, they should be able to announce the reverse merger, name change, new symbol, etc.

What we don't know is this; are they ready? Is everything completed, on the 10-Q's other than the "Subsequent Events" section of each 10-Q? If it is this should be off and running the 2nd half of February, if they haven't been working on this, then in March, imo.
