Not really, because they issued shares for $0.55 which is much higher than the pps.

I think it is quite the opposite. Some quick math shows me that over 50% of all outstanding shares are owned by people we know on IHUB. That's very high IMO? And it shows that Mesaros or any other critic have been wasting their time. Or do you disagree?

Selling TRW-shares would be a big move and positive, but if he hasn't been able or willing to do that so far I doubt it is likely to happen now.

We don't know that. The strategy so far has been to get the $100M loan so they could get a better price for the TRW shares (pre-IPO).
We have the TRW trade division now, adding a lot of value.
