It is not dead clear to me either way. I saw things that were definitely legit, as well as some things (i.e. press release mentioning international sales distribution, founders stock issued to someone who didnt even remember/know it was issued, etc.). I am leaning more towards legit for most of it, but then gross mismanagement as the Townsend fellow discovered. Enraging really, but in the end I dont believe Rhodes walked away with anything. In fact if we really want we could try contacting some of the relatives that lent him money and see what they have to say, they'd know.
