The opinion letter won't be due until after the 2018 annual report is filed, and it's not due until end of March. IMO, the only hold up on becoming pink current is the supplemental report on the Nano 101 acquisition. OTCM has a reputation to uphold (for whatever that's worth) to justify their existence and they don't like acquisition PR's posted on their website without documentation to back it up. Can't say as I blame them, considering the number of fake PR's that are bouncing about.
