I believe a few people and I stated our opinions to you before (not that we're right), but it is food for thought.
I personally think they're waiting for 2019 to arrive before officially sending out press releases because:

1. They changed their fiscal year from October to December 31 which was mentioned in their filings.

2. It could possibly have to do with the stupid tax issue that was placed upon them back in June. Getting the ball rolling in 2019 might somehow prevent any confusion where that's concerned. I'm not sure exactly how, but you should never underestimate assholes who look for anything they can to stir trouble with.

3. They might want to make the RM go through shortly after filings to prevent the SEC from barking at them with their dreaded "Unusual market activity" concerns which happened late 2017.
